At the Quest Booth, adventurers can begin their journey by picking up quest cards to carry with them throughout the Gathering, each offering a chance to step deeper into the world of NorseForged Gathering 6. Some quests will guide participants through the main storyline of the event’s unfolding lore, while others branch into side adventures that can be completed for unique loot, keepsakes, and memorable discoveries hidden across the grounds.
Guests may find themselves solving mysteries, seeking guild leaders, going on scavenger hunts, delivering messages, or uncovering pieces of the greater story as they explore. A public quest board will also stand nearby for those who wish to bring their own missions to the Gathering—allowing patrons to post challenges, requests, or calls for aid and invite fellow adventurers to join them in creating new stories of their own.

At NorseForged Gathering 6, one of the most unforgettable sights rising above the grounds will be the towering scout tower—recognized as the tallest scout tower in North Carolina. Standing high above the forest and festival pathways, this landmark offers guests the rare chance to climb to the top and take in sweeping views of the Gathering, the surrounding woodland, and the living world of NorseForged unfolding below.
Throughout the weekend, patrons will have the opportunity to ascend the tower themselves, adding a true sense of adventure to their visit and experiencing the grounds from a perspective few events can offer. Whether you climb for the view, the challenge, or simply to say you stood atop one of the most impressive structures on site, the tower is certain to become one of the defining experiences of the Gathering.
Tickets will be available at the event.

Guests will also have the chance to test their aim at the archery range, operated throughout the weekend by the scouts who help guide the experience in a safe and welcoming environment. Whether you are picking up a bow for the first time or already confident in your shot, patrons will be invited to step onto the range, learn proper technique, and challenge their archery skills in a setting that feels right at home within the spirit of the Gathering. Surrounded by woodland and adventure, the range offers a hands-on activity that brings a classic medieval skill to life and gives guests of all ages a chance to take part in the kind of challenge that belongs in every great saga.
